Following all the recent updates on coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and being proactive on the issue, we encourage our employees to follow specific health and safety practices

We are taking protective measures against coronavirus such as using gloves, antiseptic liquids and textile fabrics for cleaning surfaces. We promote regular and thorough hand-washing by employees, contractors and customers and good respiratory hygiene in the workplace.

If any employee has a mild cough or low-grade fever, they must stay at home in order to keep the workplace environment free from infection.

In addition to this, some key considerations will be taken to reduce COVID-19 risks regarding meetings. Consideration will be given as to whether a face-to-face meeting is needed and those meetings which are not urgent could be replaced by a teleconference or the event may be scaled down so that fewer people attend

However, any participants that have any symptoms or feel unwell, should not attend any scheduled meetings. In addition, during any meetings, seats will be arranged so that all participants are at least one meter apart and windows and doors will be open whenever possible to make sure the venue is well ventilated.

Simple precautions and planning can make a big difference.

Taking action now will help protect your employees and your business!
