Step 1 – The first step in the process is our survey. We offer this service free of charge so you’re under no obligation, nor will you be charged extra for this. For our survey we will visit the property and calculate the workload. We’ll also take into consideration any items that may need special packaging, we’ll determine which items are particularly fragile, and assess any items that may need extra care and attention during the move.
Step 2 – The second step we take is to examine the accessibility of the property, so we know exactly the route we’ll take on the day, and if we need any extra equipment such as a forklift.
Step 3 – Using the information we have gathered; we will then create an estimate of cost, so the customer is aware of the price in advance. We give you an all-inclusive price, so there are no hidden fees or costs.
Step 4 – The final step is down to you, to make your choice as to whether you’d like us to help you with your move. There is no pressure and no obligation. Our pre-move services are all offered free of charge, we just hope that you’ll be happy with our quote and our credentials and want to use us for your move.
