Terms and Conditions Book Your Mover Service
- Service Availability: All bookings are subject to the availability of our vans and drivers. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking if availability changes.
- Service Area: This service is only valid for moves within areas governed by the Republic of Cyprus and does not extend to the northern part of Cyprus.
- Timeframe: The time slot selected for the service includes driving time to and from the destination, as well as the return of the van and driver to our head office.
- Weight Limit: Each item being moved must not exceed 80kg and should be manageable by two people. If any item exceeds this weight, we reserve the right to reject the client’s selected plan, and additional charges may apply.
- Collection and Delivery: Collection and delivery are strictly from pavement to pavement. Our movers are not responsible for transporting items inside buildings or across thresholds.
- Pricing: Rates are calculated based on the total time, including driving, loading, and unloading. Any additional time beyond the booked period will incur extra charges.
- Booking Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed upon receiving full payment or a deposit. We will provide confirmation once the booking is secured.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or changes to the booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safe transport of your goods, we are not liable for any damage or loss unless caused by our negligence.
- Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, illegal items, and perishables are not permitted to be transported using our service.
